Gaby Agis is one of the pioneers of collaborative performance in Britain, working with leading artists of her generation from other disciplines in galleries, museums and theatres. She founded Gaby Agis & Company in 1985 and the artists she has worked with are Turner Prize nominee Isaac Julien, sculptors Kate Blacker and Cornelia Parker, composers David Sylvian and Gavin Bryars, architects Muf, and the director Atom Eyogan. In 2000 she was commissioned to choreograph a piece for the Royal Opening of the Millennium Bridge in 2001, and among her recent work is Touch Un-Sited, which was performed as part of the celebrations for Architecture Week 2005. Her wider involvements include Independent Dance, the Ripe Nights seasons at the Union Chapel, artist discussions for the South Bank Centre, and numerous curatorial roles at Chisenhale Dance Space, as well as extensive teaching.


Joe Moran is a London-based dance artist. He makes performance and video work independently and as part of London art group, Intimate Contenders. He has danced with many choreographers including Gaby Agis, Kate Brown, Chrisopher House and Florence Peake. As a teacher and workshop leader, Joe has led diverse and cross-generational groups including working with professional artists, those with life-changing illness and children with a range of physical and learning abilities. He has extensive curatorial and project management experience across artforms, with particular expertises in the areas of Artist Development, Arts Inclusion and Dance-in-Health. Joe has raised over £400,000 for arts projects during the past five years, which includes an Arts & Business New Partners Award.
