Morning Releasing warm-up sessions
What better way to start the day than a morning Releasing warm-up class, before heading off to rehearsals, class or even to the office? These classes are open to everyone: professionals, newcomers and beginners alike, and will be an ideal ‘taster’ opportunity for those new to Skinner Releasing Technique.

Days and Times: Mon-Fri, 9-10am
Teachers: Joe Moran & Florence Peake
Cost: £40

Improvisation into Contact
This week of improvisation classes will draw on the individual approach of three luminaries from the worlds of contact and improvisation. Classes will explore embodied presence and improvisational skills in solo and ensemble dancing, as a wider context from which to integrate moving in and out of contact work. Open to all.

Days and Times: Mon-Fri, 10.30am-12.30pm
Teachers: Andrea Buckley, Charlie Morrissey & Irmela Wiemann
Cost: £55

Course Three:
Skinner Releasing ‘Ongoing-level classes
Skinner Releasing Technique Ongoing classes offer participants the opportunity to deepen their experience of Releasing with more complex and sophisticated imagery and studies. As SRT is structured into an accumulative series of classes, these classes are offered by application for those with comprehensive experience of the first 15 SRT introductory classes and first 6 ‘Ongoing-level’ classes.

Days and Times: Mon-Fri, 2-4pm/ Sat: 10.30am-12.30pm
Teacher: Gaby Agis
Cost: £70 – by application

Course Four:
The Urbanised Body: Performance Research
A free performance research opportunity with Bristol-based dance artist Alex Howard, part of her Botanic Dances project that researches biodiversity and ecology from the deeply personal perspective of what goes on inside the dancer's body and mind when exposed to information and varied environments. This week will focus on the influence of the urban environment and urbanisation on our dancing.

Times: Mon-Fri, 4.30-6pm
Research Leader: Alex Howard
Cost: Free – by application
